Return Policy

  • Appledoll accepts returns on unused, unopened full-price items purchased on Appledoll.com within 30 days of receipt on US and international orders
  • Please note that we try our best to display and represent the accurate color of the products on our shop, but the actual colors you see will depend on the device or monitor you are using
  • To initiate a return, please contact support@appledoll.com with your order number, reason for return, and which products you’d like to return
  • Upon receiving the returned product(s) from you, we will process any refunds due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, excluding the cost of our delivery and your cost of returning the product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount you paid minus the delivery fees. 
  • Appledoll is not responsible for lost returns, which includes any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization through the email address listed above. 
  • We monitor returns to identify potential misuse of our return policy. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Any customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 
  • Exchanges – we do not currently accept requests for exchanges. To replace a product, we request that you please initiate a return using the instructions above and place a new order for the desired product.
